About Cocina Ruvira

Hello! I am Cristian, Founder and Chef for Cocina Ruvira.  I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to Bristol, UK in 2017. 

I have been making Empanadas for most of my life, collecting recipes and techniques from across Argentina (and of course, from my family!). 

Empanadas in Argentina are food to share at the table with family and friends, so Cocina Ruvira was made to bring you and yours together and to have the best experience.

Our empanadas are made with love, and the diffent flavours make it really exciting, as there is a variety to try.  We like to say "From Argentina to your heart".
